CAME has developed financial products for those who must rely on their own means for the construction and progressive improvement of their home. These are self-employed people, owners of land, but who in turn are excluded from the official mechanisms for acquiring housing. CAME studies their sources of resources, either individually or in groups, to speed up their building processes, allowing them to live the improvement, while paying their loan.

Proof of address not older than 3 months from the date of issue.
Unique Population Registry Code (CURP).
Have a credit history in accordance with CAME policies.
Provide telephone and field references.
Have your own home or live with relatives in the first degree.

Valid from November 1, 2022 to April 30, 2023, with a fixed annual interest rate of 76.00% with an average loan amount of $38,036.06 M.N. Collection expenses, $100.00 M.N. plus VAT monthly, per event. Failure to comply with your obligations can generate commissions and interest on arrears. Hiring credits that exceed your payment capacity can affect your credit history. The guarantor, joint and several obligor or co-borrower will be liable as the main obligor to the Financial Entity. This credit is available at the Branches indicated on the map, check availability. The contracting and payment of your credit will be made in Mexican pesos.
