This survey was carried out to 1,366 clients of Community Banking, Business Credit and Home Improvement, in the North, Bajío, Southeast and South Central of the Mexican Republic.

Clients with current payments were chosen.

With the aim of knowing better:

Adults:

  • 30% of our clients are between 35 and 45 years old.
  • 61% of our clients are women.
  • 60% of our clients are married.
  • 44% of our clients do not have social security.
  • 74% of our clients do not study beyond high school.
  • 58% of our clients are merchants.

The average income per client is $ 11,993.00 per month.
